This is almost a knockoff of the Sonic brand Ive used for years and bought here for two or three times the price. To keep the chic look at a minimum cost, the silver paint not the metal fades where the brush heads meet and where the toothpaste penetrates. This is no big deal since a competing brand had the same problem, but that brand had a thin sealing ring that is no longer used today and also lets watery toothpaste leak through. But I dont like the shabby color. What is that and whats in it Cons 2 The black paint around the control buttons is fading. So how many cents are you saving here And the sleek, shiny look is no longer shabby chic, mind you, only around the keys. PROS And there are A LOT of them. The battery life is good. I started buying this gem when I first saw it last year. We are a family of dentists and some of us are just crazy about our teeth and their appearance. I usually have to throw out the expensive model every 2 years and get a replacement. This one is not 2 years old yet but I have a replacement that I really didnt expect to last almost a year. Holds a charge so well. It costs half as much. The difference in whiteness no bleach used, no was obvious to the dental hygienist and my granddaughter during my last cleaning. I gave these as a gift because the price, appearance and functionality make them a great gift. The brushes last a long time and you have replacements. Overall, if you like an electric toothbrush that is lightweight, small and lasts just as long, give these a try.

11/27/2024 7:54 PM This toothbrush has been recommended and always works. Mine came without a case, which wasnt a problem but I would have liked one but didnt think of that when ordering. It cleaned all night. When I use it tonight I will try the second strength because it is so effective for the first, strongest. I was very happy with it, even more so than my previous one which was more expensive. The instructions are very helpful and describe how to handle each quadrant. I would buy this model again. Cleans all the way down to the gums, no bleeding gums which I have never had before. Felt like I was at the dentist. Gentle but powerful.

I cant imagine that this could happen with this toothbrush without causing any problems with my teeth. Im glad I didnt listen to those reviews and bought this toothbrush.

They were shipped almost immediately all over the United States. I use the massage option. Everyone in the family loves them. The colors available and the travel case accessories are fantastic. It holds a charge very well and only needs to be charged every few weeks. For the price, it is absolutely unbeatable.

11/16/2024 9:15 AM was hesitant to give up the big box brands I have always used, but after reading the reviews I was sure I would give the Aquasonic a try. I am very happy with my decision, it is an easy to use brush, it feels very comfortable in your hand and on your teeth. Of course you dont have to press, the rotation of the brush does all the work, and I especially like how the timer works to move the brush to another area. So far I feel like this brush does a better job than the big name brands I have used before, which cost twice as much, not to mention the cost of replacing the brush, and that is how I like to clean it.

11/15/2024 7:00 PM My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. You brush for 2 full minutes. I looked at the Oral B with the round head but the prices were outrageous. This model had better reviews and came with a travel case and 8 extra heads. Very thin and fits on the charger which takes up very little space. I would have liked a red one but a sale is a sale. I would ask you to leave room for the charger in the travel case. I had to transport them in a ziplock bag. Its worth the money and your teeth. MINE

I bought this toothbrush because it has the features I want, but it is difficult to set up the features I bought it for. Basically, you have to set the features. They should already be set and if you dont want the features, you can just turn them off. I dont think I would buy this particular toothbrush again. Too complicated. Maybe next time Ill buy an Oral B. Ive had both before.

11/5/2024 7:18 AM I finally had to throw out an old electric toothbrush I had for years. I was shocked at how quiet this thing was. It definitely makes you feel cleaner after brushing your teeth. The battery life is good it lasts at least a week if you brush your teeth 23 times a day.

11/1/2024 9:58 PM I have been using the Aquasonic for about 9 months now after using the Braun for the last few decades. It took me a while to get used to it, especially because it is SO INTENSE. Now that I have learned how to use it properly, I am very happy. As advertised, but I will add that the battery life is extremely long and it charges quickly. I also love the different brush modes. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

The 40,000 vibrations per minute provide an excellent clean and leave your teeth feeling fresh and shiny. The sleek design feels great to the touch and the high quality build gives it a premium feel. I also like the IPX7 waterproof rating, which gives me confidence when using it in the shower. The only downside I find is the sensitivity of the mode button. It is easy to accidentally change modes while brushing, which can be a bit annoying. Other than this minor issue, the toothbrush is great overall and does a great job of cleaning your teeth.

I have only used it twice and I feel a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of my teeth. It feels like plaque is being beautifully brushed off. This is exactly how your teeth feel after a deep cleaning at the dentist. HIGHLY recommended.

10/27/2024 10:39 AM had a rotating toothbrush years ago and switched to one that moves from side to side. I now know that the one that spins cleans better, so I went back. You can easily reach the back of your mouth and clean any tooth. This is a budget model and yes, it may not be as powerful as the more expensive models, but so far I am happy with it. However, I press too hard, which slows down the rotation, so I constantly have to remember to brush more gently. My teeth are much cleaner now. I chose the black model over the white because I noticed that the white one turns yellow over time. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who does not have the budget to buy one of the more expensive models.

Before this OralB toothbrush I used a Philips Sonicare. I will never use another one again. The Oral B is so much better. I just have to see if it lasts longer. The included case is great, it charges quickly and overall I am very happy with this toothbrush.

After a long search for a good price for a toothbrush that would work with the Panasonic Sonicate, I finally settled on the Aquasonic. My mom loves it and says its even cheaper than the Sonicate. The bristles are soft but firm. And his gums love it. She couldnt be happier.

Some information online says that the toothbrush goes back to daily cleaning mode when turned on, but I honestly dont see that. You just have to familiarize yourself with the modes. I dont know how a design can offer three modes without letting us choose the mode we want.

10/14/2024 8:38 PM This is an intense toothbrush. I love it. You dont really need any help with this toothbrush. You just need to hold them and guide them. It has four settings Clean, Gentle, White, and Massage. Be sure to read the instructions before using them. When youre done, its hard to remove the brush head unless you use a towel, its easy. You pull it up. During its twominute cycle, it stops for a moment, but continues until the full two minutes have passed. It stops after two minutes unless you change the cycle or turn it back on. I havent had enough time to figure out how the whitening feature works, but Im going to my dentist toward the end of the month and cant wait to see what she says. My teeth and gums feel great.

10/13/2024 7:27 PM So on the advice of my dentist I bought this Oral B Pro 100 series toothbrush model 3791. Got the cheap ones from Dollar General then they stopped working. The 50 was worth it. They are rechargeable which is nice. This works WAY better than the cheapest ones I bought at Dollar General. My teeth are looking better despite the cavities and all. As for the Bluetooth connectivity, I didnt know this toothbrush could connect to anything via Bluetooth. I didnt see it in the instruction manual. As for the timer feature, the brush head just starts going erratically to alert you that you have brushed one quadrant of your mouth long enough. I found that you can also press too hard to get similar results. It is recommended to brush for two minutes and spend 30 seconds on each of the 4 quadrants of your mouth. Overall, this is a great electric toothbrush for a deep clean. However, if I hadnt done this test, I wouldnt have known about the Bluetooth feature and hope that the timer function has been improved when the model was updated.

10/13/2024 11:19 AM After many many years I switched from the Sonicare to the OralB Pro 1000 when my old toothbrush finally gave up. I have been using the OralB for about a month now. At first it felt like the toothpaste was flying everywhere because the brush head is bigger than my old toothbrush. But now instead of having to wet the toothpaste before using it, I have a lot of saliva in my mouth and then I feel much better. However, when I clean, it seems quite loud to me, like a hedge trimmer in my mouth. However, when I turn it on outside of my mouth, like when I brush, it doesnt make any noise at all. I like that it alerts me when I am applying too much pressure by lowering my voice. I can tell very well. And I feel like I clean better than I did with my old toothbrush. Overall, I would definitely recommend this brush to my family and friends. It is a good toothbrush for a good price.

10/10/2024 5:24 AM wanted to return mine because it seemed weak compared to other toothbrushes Ive used, but when I looked at the instruction manual, I found that this feature allows for optimal performance over time. Luckily, at least for me, this feature can be turned off and full power immediately. Once I did this, it was fine and Ill continue to use it. However, all the extra features are essentially useless. It vibrates. Not all the timers, modes, and reminders are particularly useful if they vibrate the way you want them to.

10/8/2024 7:30 AM This was my first electric toothbrush and I love it. It arrived fully charged and the slim design and charging base make it easy to store on a shelf. The toothbrush has multiple modes including medium and whitening. It also comes with multiple brush heads that are the perfect size for cleaning just your gums and teeth. When you turn it on, you hear this incredible buzzing sound and feel how it takes such good care of your teeth and gums without any effort on your part. I just know I get a much better brush with it than any manual toothbrush. I am so happy with this unit that I bought one for my wife and son.

10/7/2024 12:34 AM bought this AquaSonic electric toothbrush because the Philips Sonicare power switches kept failing every few months. I have decided to boycott this company from now on because I know planned obsolescence when I see it. I cant yet assess the quality of the AquaSonic because the product is new and durability is an important factor in any assessment of quality. I can say that it works very similarly to the Sonicare and is therefore probably a good periodontal care device and an objectively reasonable approach to good oral hygiene. The control buttons on the toothbrush are unusual in that they are located exactly where your thumb would normally rest the device when using it, and you only need to apply gentle pressure to the buttons to depress them and change the function. They are not membranelike like many of our devices, but simple, oldfashioned switches. This makes using the toothbrush a bit odd. I can accidentally switch from one mode to another or accidentally turn the device off. It will take some practice to learn how to use the device differently. Otherwise, I am happy with the AquaSonic so far, as are my teeth. I decided to try a new brand.

It has four modes that Ive never seen before. The modes are Clean, Gentle, Lighten, and Massage. It does a great job. I especially like the whitening mode. It was packaged beautifully and had clear instructions. Im happy.

I have been using my new Aquasonic Vibe for a week now and am pleased with its overall performance compared to my old Philips Soniccare. Overall the pricequality ratio is a big plus thanks to the extra attachments. The minor issues for me are the smaller diameter handle, smaller brush head and softer bristles compared to my old Soniccare. The instructions say not to leave the Aquasonic on the charger, unlike my old Soniccare which would stay on the charger for years when I was not traveling. These are minor issues that I need to get used to. I know there are some negative reviews about the Aquasonic toothbrush but I have not experienced any of the issues mentioned in the reviews. In my humble opinion, if you are on the fence about buying one, you will be pleasantly surprised by the overall performance of the Aquasonic.

The bristles are soft and vary in length so they fit easily between teeth and under gums. My dentist will be very surprised at my next checkup. I hope she notices the difference.

I bought these after some research and tried them with a toothbrush head and am now switching to that too. After just one use my teeth were as clean as if I had just been to the dentist. Be aware that this is a limited battery device. Cant be checked in. Plan to bring a regular toothbrush when traveling on an airplane.

9/10/2024 9:23 PM Ive been using the Crest Spinbrush for years. I thought it was great. My dentist said it wasnt and pointed to the cavities that kept coming. No problem. I have terrible teeth. Its a genetic gift that keeps coming. I thought there was no hope. In a family of five, I was the last one to have a root canal, which Im kind of proud of. But this toothbrush, wow. Seriously. My teeth look like I just went to the dentist, but without the dental hygienist trying to figure out how far she can floss under my teeth. I love the timer, which allows me to spend the full two minutes and still have ridiculously clean teeth. There are three heads, but Ive only used one, and thats for regular brushing. Theres another for whitening and one for stronger gums, and they both have different settings. It charges quickly and actually holds a charge. I love that I dont have to use batteries anymore. She also has a great travel suitcase, very practical. I can only recommend them to everyone.

I am so grateful for the purchase of the Aquasonic Vibe Series UltraWhitening toothbrush. It exceeded my expectations and really does whiten my teeth. 9/5/2024 9:32 AM It will be six months before I can make a definitive statement at my next exam. But MY GOD this thing is so much more powerful than any electric toothbrush I have ever tried. And the directionsintensities of the brushing motions seem so much more thorough than anything I have tried before. My new dental hygienist told me to try the 4700 model, but I havent seen them anywhere on the market. The 5100 seemed like the next level, and the 5300 seemed like the 5100. Plastic carrying case with two extra brushes. A 30second indicator that pauses for about a half second tells me when to move on to the next zone. First, I brush the outside bottom for 30 seconds, then the inside bottom and back molars, then the inside top and back molars for 30 seconds, then the outside top. For the next two 30second timers, I brush the topbottom, then the tongue. Oh my god, they feel cleaner. I dont feel any buildup yet, and I dont see any marks in the lower front corners like I usually do with a manual toothbrush. I guess well know in six months, but... it seems like a good start.

9/5/2024 2:31 AM It had good reviews so I bought it but 1. I didnt know it was just a vibrating toothbrush and 2. The toothbrush is ok but its a shame the heads are so small. I bought this for my husband and he doesnt like the smaller heads as hes used to other electric toothbrushes with much larger dual rotating heads. He also doesnt like that it goes off every 30 seconds telling you to move to another spot. We probably wont be keeping these. We like our actual rotating brush heads.

9/4/2024 10:50 PM have the old version. The new one has a rubber button. The older version, which is about ten years old, has a quality metal button. The main part of the new model does not have rubber on the part where you hold it, for a better grip. The old one has a perforated rubber handle on the back, which is much more comfortable. This new one also feels quite cheap. The plastic base is not as durable and high quality as the old model. However, the new one has more features, speed and pressure control. Overall, it is still a good toothbrush.

I suffer from gum recession and I find this toothbrush gives the massage I need. The head is really well shaped and my teeth feel much cleaner. Great product at a very good price. I would definitely buy this product again.

8/30/2024 1:29 AM was an avid manual toothbrush user. This year my dentist told me I was showing the first signs of periodontal disease. This brush is fantastic, it leaves you feeling squeaky clean. It is also not too harsh on your gums and has a special setting for cleaning your gums. I love it. It was weird getting used to the vibration in your mouth at first, but now it is my favorite part of the day.

8/25/2024 11:44 AM Recommendation I would only brush it once a day. Sure, you can brush more often, but I would use a regular toothbrush. This thing is powerful, and as nice as it feels in your mouth afterwards, overdoing it might be too much for your teeth. But overall, its a great product. I would say anything above 26,000 Hz would be great, but most brushes arent up to it, so this one doubles as an ultrasonic cleaner that also works on jewelry. I could see myself buying a second one just to clean things around the house. I havent done that yet, but I know it would work if I had enough stuff to use it on. Me, I just bought it, but save your regular brush for the morning or after garlic bread.

8/24/2024 5:41 PM like this electric toothbrush. The smaller round brush head helps clean the back teeth. The overpressure indicator is a nice feature. But I was disappointed that it doesnt clearly indicate which of the three modes its in. Presumably you can connect it to your phone to see the mode, but I dont think thats practical.

The toothbrush has four motor functions whitening, high, low and massage, as well as a 2minute cleaning timer with 30second zones. The kit includes a case for the main unit and two brushes. You need to separate the handle from the main brush and put it in your bag so that you can take the main brush and a spare brush with you. But the kit includes EIGHT very soft and comfortable nozzles, and the 40,000 VBM motor still provides effective cleaning of teeth.

8/16/2024 9:05 AM am currently switching to electric toothbrushes and I really appreciate what I am buying. I read a lot of reviews and finally took the plunge and bought one. After 2 days I felt like I was going to the dentist. Some of the benefits were the price and the ability to use cheaper brush heads that work great. You can also use the Philips Sonicare brush heads if you want. The battery life is great. I am so convinced that I ordered 4 more for the whole family. I was planning on getting a more advanced model but decided against it because it serves its purpose and more. I am a believer and have started asking all my close friends to try them. It is worth every penny and will not hurt if you want to upgrade to more expensive brush heads. The feel in your hand and the cleaning performance are fantastic. At this price you can not go wrong. And most reviews suggest that it lasts 5 years. I do not usually take the time to write reviews but this one is worth the investment.

When I bought the Pro 1500 almost a year ago, I asked OralB why it was not listed on their website because I was afraid I had just bought a discontinued product. They assured me that it was indeed a brand new product that they had just released and that they would add the Pro 1500 to their website soon. I realize it has been almost a year and they still havent done so, although they still manage to do so, but I have been checking their site several times a month since then and I can tell you honestly that it does not surprise me. It seems to me that it is not on their site yet. I feel like anyone could do a better job of maintaining their website than whoever is doing it now. I have even noticed that it is falling apart. Some items are no longer working and have not worked for months. Their products are good, they just need better people to run and manage their site. Update 1 When I wrote this review, the Pro 1000 and Pro 1500 were the same price, including the black and white Pro 1000. I honestly think the Pro 1000 should not be made anymore and no one should ever buy one. I mean seriously, the Pro 1500 only has 10 more at this point and beats the Pro 1000. I would have given the Pro 1000 4 stars instead of 3 if it had a lithium ion battery. They charge faster and last longer on a charge. So yeah, Im not sure Id recommend the Pro 1000 if you can get the Pro 1500. The Pro 1500 is a much smarter buy. Im very happy with mine. Its far superior to the Pro 1000.

8/7/2024 8:10 AM Purple is my favorite color. I had a pink reusable toothbrush and I wore it out. This one is reusable and comes with a stand, replacement brushes, and a great travel case. I love the different speeds of the brush and that it stops every 30 seconds. Its small so you can even reach the back teeth. I love them during exams.

I just brushed my teeth after a few weeks of use and even the dental hygienist was impressed with the improvement in my gum health. The ease of use and performance are obvious.

Still, my son and I look like weve had a professional teeth whitening treatment. And my husband...well, hes removed a ton of tartar from his teeth and continues to remove more and more every time he uses it. He doesnt like dentists so he hasnt been to one in years. This toothbrush really does last. Well never go back to the rotary brushes we used to have. Now I know what a really good toothbrush can do for your teeth. I can only recommend them.

7/29/2024 4:16 AM What I like about this toothbrush The color, the size of the brush and handle, there are several modes and the charger is small. What I dont like There are several modes, which is good, but they are all too harsh for my mouth except for soft. Soft works fine, but it is actually a little hard for me. But it is bearable. The handle is round, which is fine, but it sits firmly on the counter when I want to put toothpaste on it. It rolls up and leaves the toothpaste on the counter. It is really weird. I just put a napkin under it and put the toothpaste on and that solved the problem. If you like to apply toothpaste with two hands, you will not mind this, but it does not bother me either. The last issue is about the controls. My wrist is very sensitive, so if I turn the handle the wrong way or move it up, I press the buttons and either change modes and make my brain shake, or press the power button and turn it off. Ive learned to be careful, but dont be surprised if this happens. Its not defective, just fragile.

7/15/2024 10:32 PM Ive had this toothbrush for a few years now. I like it so much that I bought a second one specifically for travel. I hate it when I have to remember to pack my toothbrush at the last minute before a trip. This means I can keep them on hand in my suitcase anytime, anywhere. The battery life is great, much better than any other electric toothbrush Ive ever owned. And when the light comes on to say its time to recharge, I can still enjoy it for days if I brush twice a day. No toothbrush that gives up the ghost midbrush. This bargain price includes several extra brushes. It offers several different modes gentle, massage, etc. and a 15second pulse to let you know its time to move to a new quadrant. After 2 minutes, it simply turns off. So nice compared to my last Oral B where you had to physically turn it off after 2 minutes and the button never worked. Thank goodness for more bells and whistles. Simplicity is good for me. So if you want a fancy thing that connects to your phone, flashes a light, etc. this is not for you. If you want a toothbrush that gets the job done for less than most of the competition, buy this one.

7/15/2024 9:23 PM bought this toothbrush after I got Invisalign braces. They tend to make food stick to my teeth more, so Im fine with that. It has different settings depending on how thorough you want to clean. I especially like that it has a timer that notifies you every 30 seconds and turns off after 2 minutes. I need that because I feel like I dont clean long enough. The battery lasts a long time and it comes with a variety of brush heads. I even use a replacement head for my 1yearold.

7/12/2024 7:07 AM So far I have no complaints. I think my teeth are brushing faster than before, but that could just be my imagination. I have to say that I had to use the gentle mode for the first few days before I got used to it. Clean mode is now my default. Battery life is good so far. I think the battery died on day 4 after brushing twice for 5 minutes. So keep in mind that I didnt take the device anywhere on a trip.

7/9/2024 6:47 AM have used Sonicare or RiteAid electric toothbrushes. Because of the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. I have been using it for about a week and am very pleased. I especially like that the brushes are smaller so I can easily reach the teeth at the very edge of my mouth. I have always had trouble with this. The product comes with nine brush heads, which is great. I also like that the handle is very light and easy to grip no pun intended. It is also perfect for traveling. So far, I have only tried the clean setting. My next dentist appointment is in three months, so this will be the last test, but so far so good.

7/9/2024 5:05 AM So I used it for the first time today and I hope my opinion will change, but so far this is the worst electric toothbrush I have ever used.1 Smooth plastic body J I have had toothbrushes with a smooth plastic body before, but so far it seems like a design decision. The softness prevents dirt and impurities from accumulating, but it is still easy to hold. It feels like a costeffective gimmick. It is not smooth, I am pretty sure it attracts dirt. It is just the cheapest, slipperiest plastic imaginable, and I kid you not, it fell out of my hands within the first 10 seconds of trying to brush my teeth. I dont know if they could have made it any more slippery if they had tried.2 Terrible brush head The photos with plastic bristles all around suggest this, but the brush head is hard. I dont know if it cleans better or something, but in my experience, dentists generally advise against brushing your teeth too gently. Maybe its cuttingedge technology that Im not familiar with, but the cleaning experience wasnt particularly pleasant. 3 The ventilation is new I didnt realize that this could be a problem. Like most people, I apply a little suction to my brush while I brush to keep the toothpaste foam in my mouth. You know, because I dont want toothpaste and saliva running out of my mouth and onto my chin. I dont think thats unusual. Ive literally never thought about it. Well, not with this toothbrush. The head somehow has a pathway from the brush head to the body of the brush that allows air to flow through the entire head. Its like brushing your teeth with a straw. So when youre trying to create a seal in your mouth to hold the toothpaste, youre inadvertently sucking air through your head. Trust me, I know how weird that sounds. Ive never had to explain this before because Ive never experienced it before. Its undesirable. Its like you have a little fan in the brush head blowing air into your mouth. Its really weird. 4 Cheap Brushing Mechanism I realize this is a relatively cheaper model than other models Oral B sells, but the cleaning feels incredibly cheap. My last brush was a Phillips Sonicare, which literally vibrated, but it felt 10 times better than this. I think its because it feels random. Like they were just hoping it would work. Well, Johnson, weve tried intentional vibrations before, so lets take a chance this time. At least with the Phillips, the vibrations had a consistent mathematical pattern. This Oral B just looks like they took everything they had around that vibrated, hit it halfheartedly with a hammer, and then stuffed it into this brush. I think its really just because its poorly put together and poorly fitted. Its by far THE worst toothbrush Ive ever used. BUT maybe it cleans teeth well, well see.

7/8/2024 10:56 AM bought this to replace an older OralB model. I felt like the old one wasnt as powerful as it used to be and it was time to upgrade. Either my old brush was getting weaker or it couldnt compete with the performance of this new brush. Its powerful, cleans great, and I love that I can get thirdparty replacement brushes that look exactly like the ones that come with the brush for a fraction of the price. This brush was cheaper than some of the other OralB models, and while I cant compare their performance, at a quarter of the price this brush is a pretty good value for money in a sidebyside comparison.

What I like is the elegant design, the brush heads and most importantly the ability to choose different speeds and vibrations. As others have mentioned, it stops every 30 seconds, but that is because the timer is asking you to move the toothbrush to another place. I have never had an electric toothbrush like this, but now that I understand it, it is not as annoying as it was originally. It would also be nice if you could get larger brush heads. They are too small. Otherwise, it is a good toothbrush.

7/2/2024 1:22 PM have had several OralB electric toothbrushes over the years. They are always amazing. I usually buy the cheaper models. And I have had good luck with them in terms of reliability. I wanted to try the io series when it came out, but I didnt see the point in spending that much money. The cheap models keep my teeth super clean. Well, I finally got my chance. My 5000 series battery was weaker, so I could justify replacing it. I read a few reviews and the io series 3 seemed great. I dont need more than what it offers. I dont need Bluetooth or anything like that. And its only 99. More than I would normally want to spend, but Im willing to spend the money for super clean teeth. Im so glad I bought these. They are so much better than the cheap old school models like my 5000 series. The brush spins better, its quieter in comparison, the battery lasts a really long time, and leaves my teeth sparkling. I like the light that tells me if Im brushing too hard. It gets used to it quickly. And when youre done, theres a little rainbow light show to celebrate your accomplishment. Fun. The brush heads are easy to rinse, and the unit comes with a little stand to rest the brush heads on while you dry them. Always rinse your electric toothbrush heads after use and store them separately from the dryer, or theyll start to smell bad and get sticky. Its a little more work than just rinsing a manual toothbrush, but hygiene is important. I want to buy one of these Oral B io3 toothbrushes for everyone I know.

When I was a kid, my dad was a dentist and was able to give my brothers and I each one of these toothbrushes. At the time, I didnt even realize how effective they were until I grew up and started using other toothbrushes. I went from manual toothbrushes to other electric toothbrushes and none of them worked as well as this one. I recently purchased this one hoping that it would be as good as I remembered and exceed my expectations. The reason these toothbrushes are so effective is because they use sonic properties that loosen and then remove plaque and dirt from your teeth. When choosing an electric toothbrush, you should always choose a sonic toothbrush over a rotating toothbrush. A rotating toothbrush can damage your gums, but not a sonic toothbrush. I got these for 50 off on Prime Day and that was the icing on the cake.

Thats it, and then I got these Philips, absolutely no comparison. Its so much better, its like getting your teeth cleaned by the dentist.

I have had it for a few months now and although I have charged it once, I have not really needed to. I do not notice much difference between the results of the normal cleaning mode and the whitening or massage mode. So I just use the clean setting. Another oddity I have noticed is that accidental contact of the vibrating rod with the tooth can cause irritation. b. The foam coming out of the highspeed brush head can create so many bubbles or spray droplets that if you accidentally inhale it, you can have an annoying cough that can last for several minutes, as if you inhaled water while swallowing. I do not like it.

6/22/2024 4:04 PM have been using Sonicare for YEARS, even before Phillips bought them. My toothbrush handle lasted for years and I only had to replace the brush head every three months. When my original brush finally ran out of battery, I replaced it with a Phillips Sonicare and have had to replace the unit every few years. After the third purchase, I had enough... the rod wobbled and made a lot of noise, which made the process not very pleasant. This made me look for a completely different brand. After trying a few and reading reviews of the Aquasonic, I decided to give this one a try, but after about a week, I think it will work just fine. It ticks all my boxes quiet, four speeds, 2 minute timer, and a comfortable handle. I really hope this toothbrush lasts more than a year.

I have tried several different electronic toothbrushes in the past, but when I started using this electronic toothbrush, it changed my life. My teeth and gums are so much cleaner and healthier than ever. I use it at least twice a day, for at least 4 minutes each time. I have had this toothbrush for 2 months now and I just need to recharge it. The brush head itself is still in perfect condition after 2 months. I am a smoker and an avid coffee drinker. When I use the whitening mode after the brushing mode, my teeth are noticeably whiter. The gum line massage mode is amazing. I am 100 impressed with this toothbrush and the price. Oh, and the free 1 year warranty after purchase is greatly appreciated.

I like that the buttons are hard plastic because the silicone buttons on some other brands wear out really quickly. Hopefully this one will hold up better. They also have different cleaning modes. It is great, removes plaque and leaves your mouth feeling like you just walked out of the dentist, very clean and fresh. The toothbrush is 5 stars, but the refill leaves a lot to be desired. In this world of USB and standardization, we seem to be moving towards the USBC model. The IO has its own charging station and is not compatible with anything else. It is another thing cluttering up your sink or nightstand. Maybe one day, engineers and product designers will actually use the products they design before releasing them to the public.

6/9/2024 2:56 AM This toothbrush has a number of clever features. It is efficient and fast. The light around the ring changes colour depending on the pressure you apply. White is not hard enough, red is too hard and green is the right amount of pressure. The toothbrush also hums when you spend enough time in each quadrant of your mouth and when you have gone through all four there is a fun rainbow colour show at the end. It comes with a travel case and a second replacement head. I have not even got to grips with all the features yet but I really like it and my teeth are clean. I think it is good value for money.

I have never been very particular about oral hygiene and am trying to change a few things before I have any health issues. After three brushes I have noticed a huge difference. It cleans really well. The brush is lightweight and fits well in the hand. The charger is nice with a thin flexible cable. No electricity, just a regular outlet. Takes up very little space on the vanity. The travel case is a really nice touch. The travel case does not come with a charger but if it is fully charged before shipping it will last at least a few days. The brush heads are included which is a nice touch. The bristles are not the softest I have ever had but they are not very hard either. The firmness is nice.

6/4/2024 6:36 PM So I have been using this type of toothbrush for 18 years now. Of course I have to change the heads every 3 months. But the batteries and the toothbrush itself wear out. In my opinion, it is still cheaper than buying manual toothbrushes. My dentist and dental hygienist are also very happy. This toothbrush means that I no longer accidentally brush my gums, which happened to me when I was much younger. Now I have to be more careful. You should always pay attention to your gums. Flossing, brushing your teeth thoroughly and gently at least twice a day, and cleaning your tongue will save you thousands of dollars in dental bills. My mouth feels so clean every time I use them. My gums are nice and pink. They are easy to take with you on vacation. It comes with a small storage case that you can use on the go. It feels really nice and fits well in your hand. It is very powerful but not painful. Applying even light pressure will give you very healthy gums and clean teeth. Removes plaque and tartar. Dont forget to floss.

My first Oral B was a revelation. Suddenly my teeth and gums were really clean. I bought one for my wife who is VERY resistant to change and she loves it. I have a bridge, two implants and very close teeth. I have always had a problem with plaque and poor gum health. Both are going away quickly and my dentist is happy.

The other one lasted over 5 years and I thought it was broken, but then I bought a new toothbrush, charged it with a new charger and lo and behold, it works again. So now I have a new toothbrush and an old one and both work great. It is very easy to keep your teeth in good condition with this product. Definitely worth it.

5/12/2024 5:42 AM bought these when my Sonicare broke after 10 years. I like it and it works. However, there are some things I dont like. There are two buttons, onoff and mode, they are sensitive and located where you hold the toothbrush. I always accidentally switch modes. The Sonicare button was harder to press, so this problem did not exist. The toothbrush head is smaller than the Sonicare, so it feels like you are not covering as much surface area. The Sonicare was also a little heavier and less wobbly. Overall, it is good, but my old Sonicare was better.

This new iO 3 Limited series is very different from the previous models as it does not feel as powerful as the previous models. My teeth do not feel as clean as the rotations are softer. I always use this brush to clean my tongue after brushing my teeth, but this toothbrush does not do that particular job. It is a cute little device, quieter than its predecessors. This brush and I will become friends over time.

It has several holes a large one where it attaches to the handle, a smaller hole next to it, two at the top next to the brush head, and three small ones at the back of the bristles. All of these holes are connected internally, meaning the drool from your toothpaste flows through the holes next to the brush and out the other holes, dripping all over you. Hold the handle of the toothbrush high above your mouth so that gravity keeps the toothpaste in your mouth instead of on your clothes and the floor. This design also allows the toothpaste to seep all the way around the removable head and where it attaches to the handle, causing the liquid to vibrate and become stronger. The instructions say to take the toothbrush apart after each use and rinse the brush head and the area where the handle attaches. If you dont, things will get nasty very quickly. I dont understand how such a poor design made it past the initial testing stage, let alone into the final product. Aside from the brush head design, the handle is very good. It has three modes normal, gentle, and oscillating between the two. Its a little louder than Id like, but thats not too bad.

It vibrates so fast that the toothpaste vibrates, so dont wet your toothbrush first, do it later and it will be fine. I like the big bag. It is very stylish, fits easily in your purse or luggage without being bulky, and keeps the brush sterile thanks to the stylish caps that also fit in the carry bag.

5/4/2024 5:09 AM This is my second electric toothbrush. After reading the review, I decided to give it a try. First of all, as always with Prime, they deliver on time as promised. This brush is packaged so efficiently and carefully that all the components are protected. It even comes with a travel case. Assembly was easy. The included instructions were short and easy to understand. This is a very stylish electric toothbrush, black, slim, easy to use, medium power with a choice of modes tailored to the desired use. I like the extra brushes that come with it. It took me a while to get used to using it effectively at first. I wish the brushes were wider to hold more toothpaste. The bristles were soft and did not hurt my gums. The instructions give stepbystep instructions on how to brush, but I am sure everyone has their own way of brushing. One thing I need to learn is to change my brushing technique so that the electric toothbrush does not tickle my teeth and gums. The tickling does not hurt, but it is somewhat annoying, as is the buzzing sound it makes, almost like a bumblebee on steroids. If the brush stroke is sideways, rather than circular like my other electric toothbrush, you will not notice this. The brush seems to move by vibration. The brush heads are also too narrow here. To thoroughly clean my teeth, this black electric toothbrush requires three steps first, then a regular tongue brush because this brush cannot clean the tongue properly, and then a water bath to get to every nook, cranny and cranny. One issue that bothers me is the lithium battery. You hear of cases where the battery explodes or catches fire for some reason. I dont know why this happens with lithium batteries in computers, mobile Segways, or even in peoples pockets. Overall, I like this electric toothbrush. Its a great addition to my toothbrushing arsenal. Okay, after almost two weeks of using this sonic toothbrush, Id like to add to this review. I apply toothpaste to my teeth and the brush head. This allows me to get the amount of toothpaste I want, which I like, simply because the brush head is so small. Then I brush in quadrants until my teeth are clean, about two minutes total. After a good rinse, my teeth and gums feel very clean and fresh. I really like this electric toothbrush and recommend it. Its best to apply extra toothpaste to your teeth first.

5/3/2024 4:33 AM Yes, it is a little noisy, but it is an electric toothbrush that spins and vibrates, it makes noise. Not loud enough to be heard outside the bathroom, so definitely not an issue. The initial charge took a little longer than the instructions stated, but it charged fully and works fine. I like it better than my previous Philips Sonic, I think it cleans better and is better for my gums, so I will stick with it. The only thing I dont understand is how the pressure sensor is supposed to work. Its just a small plastic ring on the connector of the brush head. I dont see or hear a difference when I press harder on the brush. Overall, I am happy with it.

4/20/2024 4:40 PM This toothbrush gives a deep clean. I almost gave it 5 stars, but for two reasons 1. It doesnt warn you when the battery is about to run out and needs to be recharged. It would be nice if the charging indicator blinked constantly. 2. It doesnt come with an interdental brush. This will encourage plaque to build up between your teeth. Otherwise, its a good brush.

4/10/2024 4:25 AM The OralBPro does what its supposed to do. However, the very smooth surface makes it easy to move in my hand, which requires adjusting the grip. This is not a big deal, but better grip and nonslip would be a plus. Also, the onoff switch is concave, so its hard to feel. If the onoff switch was raised, it would be much easier to find the moment when the 2minute timer goes off. Overall, these are minor issues, the price is good, I recommend it.

4/9/2024 11:50 PM My Sonicare that I had for about 5 years broke, but I didnt want to spend a fortune on a new one. Instead, I found these and FELL IN LOVE. The color is so cute, but most importantly, the functionality and performance is great. Its more powerful than my Sonicare and cleans my teeth beautifully. The surface doesnt allow toothpaste to stick and is easy to clean. I was also able to use the Sonicare brush heads since I already bought them. I like the charger better than my previous electric toothbrush because its small and doesnt take up much space. Ive had it for at least a month now and havent had to charge it yet.

I am so glad I did because I think it is a big step up from the Sonicare. It just feels more durable and quieter and only has the features you really need. I just love the feel and I love the round brush head. I also love that it doesnt automatically turn off after two minutes. I am looking forward to my next dental checkup to see if my oral hygiene has improved with these changes. Either way I am very happy with it.

3/14/2024 5:38 AM would like to start this review by saying that when I was younger, I neglected to brush my teeth, much to the dismay of my parents. I did brush them, but not as often or as thoroughly as a child should have. Part of this was because I had a strong gag reflex, and part of it was because it hurt. Either way, I have had yellow teeth my entire life, and I am now 29 because of it. I never had braces, thank you again, gag reflex, but my parents tried their best to teach me better oral hygiene and a more aesthetically pleasing smile. Now that I am an adult, I am starting to worry about my yellow and very narrow smile. I knew I had to give in and change one thing or another. To be clear, if you have crooked teeth, dont feel like you have to change them after you turn 29 just for societys sake. I can tell you that I really wanted to change my yellow for myself. I have become healthier in almost every aspect of my life. I decided to take a chance and buy this in the hopes that it would make my teeth cleaner and reduce plaque. Not just for aesthetics but for actual oral hygiene. So I used it twice a day for three days and last night my brother commented on how white my teeth were. That was really nice to hear, I wont lie. I think this toothbrush is great for the price. I like the small size of the brush head. Its perfect for my crowded mouth. I was worried that brushing my teeth would take forever because I was doing the work, not the toothbrush. However, it only takes about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, or 3 minutes if youre particularly diligent. It allocates 30 seconds to each part of your mouth and changes the vibration so you know when the 30 seconds are up and move on to the next part of your mouth. As far as I know, it doesnt automatically turn off after 3 minutes if you want to go back and brush another part of your mouth, which is a good thing. As for the toothbrush pressure sensor, mine doesnt work. It doesnt show any color or anything. It looks like a regular electric toothbrush. Maybe I have a bad toothbrush because it doesnt work, but honestly I just wanted something that cleans deep and this toothbrush does that. However, all the other reviews mention that the sensor works. So if thats what youre looking for, I still highly recommend this toothbrush. I think mine might just be a failure in that regard. It took a few hours to fully charge on the first day. I leave it on the charger to make sure its always fully charged. If you dont have a charger with you and rely on it without one, Ive heard that the battery will last a week. Thats pretty impressive for a 50 toothbrush. The manufacturer claims that it has Bluetooth connectivity, but I dont see any mention of that on the packaging or in the user manual. When I was a kid, my parents bought me an electric toothbrush, but I was too young to like it. Now that Im older, I think its a great option for any age. I recommend it.

3/11/2024 7:15 AM Ooooh, I got this toothbrush on Prime Day. I have to tell you, I am impressed. I followed the directions and although it seemed charged, I left it on for the first 24 hours. The construction of the unit itself is solid. It feels high quality. The brush head is plastic, but it is not bad. In terms of performance, it does not disappoint. I used the whitening function and my teeth look like they just came from the dental hygienist. Otherwise, we will see how long it lasts. The brand offers a guarantee.

It is a little noisy, but I can unplug it from the charger and use it for a few days before having to charge it again. Obviously, it was a great investment. I got what I paid for. I bought it in May 2018. If you are looking for a reliable midrange product, this is it.

And honestly, it is a little disconcerting how saturated the electric toothbrush market is. Even with a brand like Braun Folks, brushing your teeth is NOT a difficult task. I really dont understand why people fall in love with these very expensive and featurerich electric toothbrushes. Bluetooth. Seriously, who tracks your cleaning stats You really only need 4 things 1 fast motor, 2 timers, 3 multiple settings, 4 good charging options. A fast oscillating motor is important for a thorough clean. The timer allows you to track your progress. Depending on the level of cleaning you need, high, medium, and low settings are all good. Reasonable number of uses per charge and charges quickly enough. There is no doubt that the motor on this Pro 1000 is pretty fast. I cant imagine it needs to be faster. The timer is set to 30 seconds. Which is good because you are splitting your top and bottom teeth into 2 sections, or 4 x 30 seconds 2 minutes. So I do 1 quadrant for 30 seconds, the toothbrush vibrates twice, I move on to the next quadrant. At the end of the fourth quadrant, the toothbrush vibrates 4 times. Super easy. You know you are done. No beeps or LED displays required. Although there are three modes, I mainly use the deep clean mode. The Pro 1000 offers deep clean, gentle clean, and oscillation modes. When you first turn it on, do a deep clean. This works for me because I only have to press once. To access the other modes, press again. And unfortunately, there is no visual indication of which mode you are in. The timer resets when you change modes. However, it seems to last a reasonable number of uses on one charge... the recovery time is TERRIBLE. A full charge takes 24 hours. Thats... extremely boring. So I have a spare toothbrush that I use while this one charges. My replacement is an OralB with 8 batteries, which is actually a very good toothbrush. Now you might be wondering... why not leave it on the charger Thats a bad habit and will make the battery life go down faster. Its probably best to leave the toothbrush on the charger most of the time, then get a reminder once a month to take the toothbrush out of the charger and use it until the low battery indicator comes on. For a modern device with those batteries, it should take no more than 8 hours to charge. I think the problem is that there is no lithiumion battery for safety. And finally, a pressure sensor that tells you if you are pressing too hard. Its very difficult to get going. Useless. Well, most people should have good experience with pressure by now. I dont think its a necessary feature. So no points taken off for that. I recently noticed the price is 49.95. Thats a bit high. I paid 29.99 when it was on sale. I think that happens 2 or 3 times a year. For 30, thats a pretty good deal. TLDR If its on sale for 30, get it. Its a really good value for the money. The only real downside is the extremely long cooldown. 24 hours is way too long for what I consider acceptable. But you can leave it on the charger most of the time and then drain it once a month. Once the battery is dead, itll take about 3 brushing sessions.

The OralB has more power, which is good, and the toothbrush head is a little bigger than I was used to. But it was a lot more powerful than my previous one, and I expected a lot more light. And another thing a timer for brushing each quadrant of your mouth. Im used to the 60second timer, and now it seems like it takes about 30 seconds each time, and the total seconds add up to more than 2 minutes of brushing. And I guess the bottom line is that the OralB may have too many bells and whistles than necessary, but then I wonder if its cleaning my teeth well enough. At this point, Id say yes, but the truth will be when I go to the dentist.

2/15/2024 8:50 AM bought this in January 2022 to replace my previous Sonicare toothbrush. I really liked the Aquasonic, it cleaned just as well and the Sonicare lasted a lot longer. I also liked that the Aquasonic didnt have rubber because my previous three Sonicare toothbrushes would start to peel off even if I wiped it down after each use. The Sonicare toothbrushes I had before typically lasted 58 years. The Aquasonic broke in July 2024 so it only lasted 18 months but for the big price difference I would buy another Aquacare. I still think its good value for money.

There is no screen, and I dont think I need to spend more money on another model to try it out. Other than that, I really like it and will never go back to a manual toothbrush.

I ended up buying a travel electric toothbrush from CVS and used it for a few months after the move. I finally decided it was time to upgrade to a higher quality toothbrush because I could feel a difference in my mouth after using the one that also didnt work. I searched for a long time to find one that wasnt too expensive but had the features I needed. It charges easily, holds a charge for a long time, and comes with extra brush heads. It lets you know when to change your brush, although I think it lasts much longer than it says. I like that it has a few extra features, including a whitening setting. I noticed that my teeth feel wider in this setting. The bristles on the head arent too soft or too hard. The device itself feels very durable and also travel friendly since it is portable. Overall I like the look of the toothbrush and I feel like it cleans my teeth exceptionally well. I am not yet familiar with nonelectric toothbrushes. It seems a bit crazy to me.

I think I prefer my Philips Sonicare, but I didnt want to spend the money on another Sonicare. Its worth the money. Yes, I recommend it.

My teeth have not been this clean in a long time. The only downside is that the three speeds of cleaning, whitening and gum care do not seem to be different. I do not see any real benefit in this.

After a long time of use, the brush started to wobble and I felt like it didnt clean as well as it used to. We bought this series because we didnt need to download anything fancy on our phone. It doesnt go out like that one. But she says it when its time. We love them.

The more expensive models dont provide better cleaning performance than the regular model. I like that this model has different speeds one for regular brushing and a slower one for polishing.

However, there was a problem that Philips fixed right away. When it arrived, the main toothbrush was missing. There were two whitening brushes and a gum brush, but no basic cleaning brush. Live chat quickly resolved the issue. Not only were they responsive, but when I opened the package I found two cleaning brushes, so I should be covered for a while. I will add that the order itself took a few days longer than expected, but when it finally arrived and my missing brush was sent, I can say I was thrilled.
